1936 Hindinburg put on transatlantic route.


USS Macon and USS Akron. largest helium filled zepplins ever.
M: June 23, 1933. carries 5 F9C Sparrowhawk biplanes. Ceiling 3000ft. Though
went to 6000 and suffered damage. Crashed Feb 12 1935 due to this damage.
