We are going to do trump completely differently this time. Everyone will have a trump rating that says what you can do with a trump. Initally we will have an auction for the highest trump rating. Each level will cost 5 points in the auction. This wont be a standard auction but a secret one. Each player will submit thier bid which will be thier trump rating. Unless there is a two (or more) tie for first, or a 3 way (or more) tie for second. The ties will be resolved starting from the bottom until the scale looks like a pyramid with 1 person as 1st, no more than 2 as second, and no more than 3 as third and so on. After the auction you can buy up for 10 points per level as long as there are slots open in the pyramid. The person who is first can buy up too, as long as there are slots open on the next highest pyramin (for the Player Amberites the Elders pyramid, for the Courtiers the Player Amberite pyramid).
- Can not make calls, block calls, or do much of anything else
- Can initiate calls to people, can not pull someone through or be
pulled through unless the other side of the contact is Trump 3 or
higher.
- Can block calls, can go through/pull through if other side is Trump
2 or higher
- Can mentally attack through a Trump to freeze opponent [Psychic combat]. Can join an
existing trump call (everyone involved must have a Trump of 3 or higher). Can tell if a picture is a Trump at a glance.
- Can use location Trumps. Can pass handheld items through a Trump.
- Can create person-Trumps, one per three days. Can read surface
thoughts if you sensativity is higher then the opponants Mental Strength. Can pass people through a Trump.
- Can look through location Trumps without going through. Can make a
person Trump with a full day's work.
- Can draw person Trumps with a half-day's work. Can tell who's
calling before answering if your Sensativity is higher than their mental strength.
- Can draw location Trumps (1/4 the speed of person Trumps). Can spy
on others' calls again Sensativity vs Mental Strength. Can draw single-use sketches in about 15 minutes.
- Can spy on others' surface thoughts Sensativity vs Mental Strength without making contact. Can use a good likeness
picture as a Trump. Person Trumps take apr. 1 hour to create.
- Can use Trumps by memory alone. Can duplicate an existing Trump in
5 minutes.
A lot of this is going to be Psyche dependant. Starting with the range you can make contact. Assume Psyche x200 miles. Which means if you dont buy up Psyche you can't even contact most the Golden Circle.
